ZenRug LLC, registered in New Mexico, USA (registered address: 5203 Juan Tabo Blvd NE, Suite 2B, Albuquerque, NM 87111, USA). Our team and workshop are in Oued Zem, Morocco, where every rug is made and shipped from. Contact: zaaraoui@zenrug.shop.

Every rug is handmade in Morocco to order, in the size you choose (a standard size or a custom size). Production takes 4–8 weeks.

• All prices are in US dollars (USD).
• Each rug has its own price per square foot (from $14.86 to $23.23, or $160 to $250 per square metre), shown on its page with the price of every size. A rug's price is its area × its price, rounded down to the dollar, with a minimum of $250 per rug.
• Shipping is free to every country we ship to, and duties and taxes are included in the price. If you refuse the parcel and the rug comes back to us, we refund the price you paid minus the cost of shipping it back. Every parcel is insured. If yours is lost on the way, we weave you a new rug at no cost.
• You pay by card on Stripe’s secure payment page. Your order is placed once your payment succeeds.
• A promo code is entered at checkout, before you pay: one code per order, with the conditions shown with the offer. It can’t be added after the order is placed or exchanged for cash, and a refund returns the amount you actually paid.

Every rug is handmade, so size, colors and pattern can differ slightly from the photos. See how handmade variation works.

A standard-size rug delivered in the EU, the EEA or the UK can be returned within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason; custom sizes and custom colours, made to your specifications, cannot. See Returns & Refunds and the cancellation form.

In the EU you also have a 2-year legal guarantee of conformity from delivery.

In the UK, your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, USA. If you live in the EU, the EEA or the UK, this does not take away the protection the mandatory law of your country gives you.
