Every rug can be woven to your size, from 60 × 90 cm up to 400 × 600 cm, priced by area.
Where an 8×10 rug fits
An 8×10 works in living rooms of about 12×15 ft to 14×18 ft. Place it so the front legs of the sofa and chairs rest on the rug: the seating area feels connected, and the rug does not float in the middle of the room.
In a bedroom, an 8×10 under a queen bed leaves about 2 ft of rug on each side, so your feet land on wool in the morning. Turn it sideways and run it from about two-thirds down the bed. Under a dining table for 4 to 6, it leaves room to pull the chairs out.

Each rug is hand-knotted to order from washed natural sheep's wool and natural dyes, with a pile of about 3–4 cm (1.2–1.6 in), in 4–6 weeks. You approve photos of the finished rug before it ships, free and with duties paid, to the US or Australia.

Is an 8×10 rug exactly 8 by 10 feet?
Our 8×10 is 244 × 305 cm. Because every rug is handmade, the finished size can vary slightly, which is normal for hand-knotted rugs.
8×10 or 9×12: which should I choose?
Measure your seating area. If an 8×10 leaves the sofa's front legs off the rug, or your room is larger than about 14×18 ft, a 9×12 will look better.
What if this size does not fit my room?
Choose a custom size on the rug's page: any width and length from 60 × 90 cm up to 400 × 600 cm, priced by area.
How long does it take, and are duties included?
Weaving takes 4–6 weeks, then delivery takes 5–8 business days. Shipping to the US and Australia is free and duties and taxes are included.
