Cookie Policy
This page lists the cookies and browser storage the ZenRug website uses and the tools that set them. Necessary storage is always on. Analytics and marketing tools only run if you say yes, and you can change your mind at any time.
Your choice
When you first visit, a banner asks you to accept all, reject all or customize. Rejecting is as easy as accepting. Until you choose, nothing from the analytics or marketing tools below is loaded.
You can change your choice any time with (it is also in the footer of every page). If you turn a category off, we delete that category’s cookies and reload the page.
Necessary (always on)
- Your cart (
zenrug_cart_v1, browser local storage). The rugs in your cart, so they are still there when you come back. It stays on your device. - Order confirmation note (
zenrug_cleared_orders_v1, local storage). After you order, a small note so your cart is not cleared twice for the same order. - Your cookie choice (
zenrug_cookie_consent, local storage). Remembers what you picked above. - Staff sign-in. ZenRug staff who sign in to manage orders get a sign-in session cookie. Shoppers do not.
- Payments. You pay on Stripe’s own payment page. Stripe may set its own cookies there, under Stripe’s policies.
Analytics (only if you accept)
No analytics tool is used on this website at the moment.
Marketing (only if you accept)
No advertising or marketing tool is used on this website at the moment.
Other ways to control cookies
You can also clear or block cookies and local storage in your browser settings. If you do, your cart may be emptied.
