Cancellation Policy
You can cancel for a full refund within 24 hours of ordering. After that, production has started and we cannot cancel.
Within 24 hours: full refund
If you cancel within 24 hours of placing your order, you will receive a full refund.
After 24 hours: no cancellation
After 24 hours we can no longer cancel your order, because production of your made-to-order rug has started.
How to cancel
Email zaaraoui@zenrug.shop with your order number as soon as you can.
