Beni Ourain RugsLet the floor become a gallery. This ivory Moroccan rug has a deep, soft shaggy pile and a few bold, hand-drawn shapes. A burgundy block, a sky-blue wedge, a cobalt-blue band and a black form float on the creamy field. Two tall figures, one flecked black and white and one in tonal bands of rust and chocolate, give the design its quiet rhythm. Vacuum gently
On low suction, without the beater bar, and keep the vacuum off the fringe.

Blot, never rub
Act straight away with a clean, dry cloth.

So it wears and fades evenly.

Use a professional cleaner who works with wool. A few loose fibers in the first weeks are normal.

Contact usWhen will my rug arrive?
Your rug is hand-knotted to order in 4–8 weeks, depending on its size. Once you've approved the photos, it ships by DHL Express and usually arrives in about 5 business days.
Will I pay customs or import taxes?
No. Shipping is free and we ship DDP (Delivered Duty Paid): we pay the import duties and taxes in advance, so there is nothing to pay on delivery.
Will I see my rug before it ships?
Yes. When your rug is finished, we email you photos of it. It only ships after you have seen it.
Can I return my rug?
Because every rug is made to order, we don't accept change-of-mind returns. If your rug arrives damaged, is the wrong rug or size, or is not as described, we replace it or refund you in full. You can cancel within 24 hours of ordering. In the UK and Europe, you can also cancel within 14 days of delivery (standard sizes).
Can you weave a different size?
Yes. Most designs can be woven to your exact measurements. Choose Custom size next to the standard sizes, enter your width and length, and you'll see your price straight away. Order it like any other size, or ask us first.
