Will I pay customs or import taxes?
No. Shipping is free worldwide and we ship DDP: duties and import taxes are prepaid, so there is nothing to pay on delivery.
How long will my rug take?
Usually 4–8 weeks of weaving, depending on the size, then about 5 business days by DHL Express once you've approved the photos.
Can you weave a custom size?
Yes. Most designs can be woven in your exact size. See Made to order.
