Yours is hand-knotted to order from washed natural sheep's wool in 4–8 weeks, so the motifs will be placed by hand and vary a little; before it ships we send you photos of your finished rug to approve. The craft
Colorful Berber rugs grow out of the same Amazigh weaving traditions as Beni Ourain and Boujad pieces, with more freedom in palette and pattern. This rug is hand-knotted to order by a woman weaver in the network of around fifty artisans we work with in Morocco.

Vacuum gently
On low suction, without the beater bar, and keep the vacuum off the fringe.

Use a professional cleaner who works with wool. A few loose fibers in the first weeks are normal.

Contact usWhen will my rug arrive?
Your rug is hand-knotted to order in 4–8 weeks, depending on its size. Once you've approved the photos, it ships by DHL Express and usually arrives in about 5 business days.
Will I pay customs or import taxes?
No. Shipping is free worldwide and we ship DDP (Delivered Duty Paid): we pay the import duties and taxes in advance, so there is nothing to pay on delivery.
Will I see my rug before it ships?
Yes. When your rug is finished, we email you photos of it. It only ships after you have seen it.
Can I return my rug?
Because every rug is made to order, we don't accept change-of-mind returns. If your rug arrives damaged, is the wrong rug or size, or is not as described, we replace it or refund you in full. You can cancel within 24 hours of ordering.
Can you weave a different size?
Yes. Most designs can be woven to your exact measurements. Tell us your size and we'll reply with a price.
