We stand behind every piece we sell. Every rug, pillow, and hanbal is handcrafted by skilled artisans in the Atlas Mountains of Morocco. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will work with you to make it right — no hassle, no runaround.
We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. As long as your item meets the conditions below, you are entitled to a full refund, exchange, or store credit.

Note on Handmade Goods: All Zenrug products are entirely handmade and one-of-a-kind. Natural variations in color, texture, pile height, and pattern are inherent characteristics of authentic handmade craftsmanship — not defects. By purchasing, you acknowledge and accept these natural variations. Product photos accurately represent items but cannot capture every nuance of handmade work.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from what was shown in the product listing, we will resolve it at no cost to you. This includes free return shipping and your choice of:
To report a damaged or defective item, please email us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will prioritize your case and respond within 1 business day.
Starting a return is simple. Follow these steps:
Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been issued. If you do not see the refund after 10 business days, please first check with your bank or payment provider, then contact us.
Partial Refunds: In some cases a partial refund may be issued — for example, if the item is returned with signs of use, missing parts, or packaging damage not caused by transit. We will always communicate clearly before issuing a partial refund.
We are happy to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, subject to availability. To request an exchange:
If the replacement item has a higher price, you will be charged the difference. If it is lower, we will refund the difference to your original payment method.
Shipping costs for exchanges: we cover outbound shipping on the replacement item. Return shipping for the original item is the buyer's responsibility unless the original item was defective.
